COMMUNITY SERVICE

Community service star

Learning about citizenship and giving back to their communities has evolved into a component of Future Stars. Future Stars in individual counties have performed community service projects as a part of their participation in Future Stars. Projects have included landscaping at Senior Citizen Assisted Living complexes. Future Stars have participated in the Relay for Life events. Future Stars have also built playgrounds at local schools and assisted with Special Olympics.
